SHIPPING POLICY

Items can be picked up or shipped directly to you. Shipped items will have an added fee equivalent to the standard USPS fees for delivery. There is also curbside service available. If you are in the surrounding area, delivery options may be available for larger quantities for an additional fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To request a refund please send an email to oohthathair@gmail.com. Please explain the issue, and if we can't rectify the concern, we can negotiate a return, refund, or exchange. There are no refunds or exchanges after 21 days.
